DCAMU: Movie – 16 | Justice League Dark: Apokolips War

Justice League Dark: Apokolips War is the last movie in the DCAMU and they ended the Connected universe finally. Honestly, creating a connected Universe for the films isn’t working for DC and I think they realized it sooner than later. Still, 16 Movies are humongous.

This movie starts with all the Justice League members trying to fight Darkseid, the New God, and the lord of the planet Apokolips. Many of the Justice League members die except for a few and Constantine is one of them. How they all band together to fight Darkseid and get the Earth back forms the rest of the story.

In my last post, I mentioned that I couldn’t find any connection between many movies and it looks like some of the movies were building up to this in the background. We see the fruition only in this movie of all those mysterious incidents.

This is the bloodiest of all in DCAMU, with so many deaths, and so much bloodshed of both heroes and villains. We know the heroes will win the war but how will they win, the struggles they had to face, and most importantly the strong villain who is 10 steps ahead of the heroes makes this movie even more enjoyable.

I’d highly recommend watching this movie if you are okay with violent scenes and definitely not recommended for kids below 18 years of age.

P.S: There are 15 movies before this one and I’d highly recommend you to read them first, if it piques your interest do watch the movies (DCAMU 1DCAMU 2DCAMU 3DCAMU 4DCAMU 5DCAMU 6DCAMU 7DCAMU 8DCAMU 9DCAMU 10DCAMU 11DCAMU 12DCAMU 13DCAMU 14, DCAMU 15) and come back.

So, how did you like this series of blogs and did I make you watch these films? Do share your thoughts in the comments.

Until next time, Ciao ?
